During Basic-Fit's special Opening Weekend in Germany, both existing and new members received something extra: the opportunity to bring a guest for free. For this nationwide campaign, 27 locations were visually styled with durable Ball On pillars in the recognizable Basic-Fit look. The pillars immediately caught attention at the entrance or inside the gym, creating a professional and energetic atmosphere.

In this case, you'll read how we supplied dozens of clubs with powerful brand displays in just one week, fully aligned with Basic-Fit’s established brand identity.

Strong in Style

For 27 locations in Germany, we supplied sturdy and reusable Ball On pillars in the familiar color combination of Basic-Fit: orange, black and white. The pillars seamlessly aligned with the existing brand identity and offered a sustainable alternative to traditional balloon decorations. During the Opening Weekend, a nationwide campaign where members could bring a guest, these pillars served as eye-catching and festive elements at the entrance.

The challenge

Basic-Fit has a strong and recognizable visual identity. It was important that the pillars matched the brand style exactly, both in color and appearance. The combination of orange, white and black had to be precise. On top of each pillar, the Basic-Fit logo needed to be clearly visible on a round display. An additional challenge was the variation in placement. Some pillars were used indoors, others outdoors. The solution had to be not only visually appealing, but also robust enough for different environments. Fast delivery and long-term usability were also key factors.

Our solution

We created a strong color combination using the familiar Ball On elements in orange, black and white. On top of each pillar, we placed a large round display featuring the official Basic-Fit logo. The layout was coordinated in advance with the client. A total of 27 sets were produced and delivered, all within one week. Thanks to the use of durable materials and a wheeled base, the pillars are easy to move and can be reused over and over again.

The result

During the Opening Weekend, the pillars were prominently displayed at every location. They provided a festive welcome for members and their guests while reinforcing brand recognition. Even after the campaign ended, the pillars remained in use. They are still used today for promotions, new openings or simply as a lasting eyecatcher in the club. A smart investment that not only contributed to a successful campaign but also adds long-term value to the Basic-Fit brand experience.
