This year the school opted for a more sustainable alternative and came to Ball On with a request for 50 pillars with logo, in a colour matched as closely as possible to its own house style. For Aventus we delivered 50 pillars with display in white and turquoise, the colours matched as closely as possible to the school's house style. Each display carries the Aventus logo, and the pillars come with protective covers so they stay in top condition between the different locations and events.

The challenge

Aventus always used ordinary balloons for its open days and diploma ceremonies. From this year on, the school wanted to do things differently: a more sustainable alternative, without compromising on look and feel. The request was specific: 50 pillars with logo, in a colour scheme matched as closely as possible to its own house style. With several locations across the Stedendriehoek and several moments throughout the year when the pillars are used, the solution also had to be sturdy, and easy to transport and store.

Our solution

We chose our pillar with display — the most popular product in our range — in a colour scheme of white and turquoise, matched as closely as possible to Aventus's house style. Each pillar was fitted with a top display featuring the school's logo. In total, 50 sets were produced and delivered, including protective covers, so the pillars can be safely transported and stored between locations and events.

The result

With the pillars, Aventus made the switch from one-off balloon decoration to a sustainable solution that can be reused at every open day and diploma ceremony. Because the colour and logo are the same everywhere, a recognisable and consistent look is created across the different locations. An investment that, unlike single-use balloons, pays for itself again and again.
