Can the balls be swapped out?

- In wind force 4–5 or higher, we recommend moving the pillars indoors or securing them.

Can you produce all colors?
- We have a standard color range that is well-stocked.
- In addition, we can produce custom colors.
- The surcharge for a custom color is €450.00 per color, regardless of the number of balls.
- Normally, a custom color has a lead time of approximately 6 weeks.
How much space do the pillars take up in storage?
- Four pillars can be stored per square meter.
- This keeps the storage space to a minimum.
Can the Ball On balls burst, and do they need to be inflated?
- No, the balls consist of two sturdy plastic parts that can be twisted together.
- Inflation is not necessary.
Can the Ball On balls be filled with helium?
- No, that is not possible.
How long will a Ball On product remain in good condition?
- The products are designed for years of use. Periodic cleaning of the balls is sufficient.
Can I order replacement parts if something is damaged?
- All parts can be ordered separately.
- Damaged parts can be easily replaced.
Does the number of colors affect the price?
- The number of colors chosen does not affect the price.
- A pillar consists of four strings.
- With a vertical arrangement, a maximum of four colors can be used.
- With a horizontal arrangement, up to nine colors are possible.
